Return Policy

ACCESSORIES, INTIMATES, SWIMWEAR, SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS, INCLUDING ORDERS USING A DISCOUNT CODE ON A SALE DAY, ARE FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
To initiate a return please use the MAKE A RETURN link at the bottom of our website and select the items you are requesting to receive credit for. You do not need to wait for instructions from us to send it back. Complete the return process on our website and then proceed to ship it back to us. Items must be sent back to Thirty and Chic within 14 days of the customer having received the package. Eligible items will only be accepted for store credit.  Please allow 5 Business days for our return department to process your return once it arrives back to us.
If you live in the Miami area and would like to drop it off personally in order to avoid a return shipping cost, you will need to email us at info@thirtyandchic.com in order to receive the drop off location and instructions.  This location is in Coral Gables.
Inside your package please enclose your information along with your order number & email used at checkout. You can also enclose the original package slip. If we do not receive this information inside your package, we will not be able to locate the order to issue a credit.
Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all Thirty and Chic product tags attached. Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival, if not reported within that time frame, we will not issue credit. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
SHIPPING FEES
Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Orders that are shipped free: Shipping fees will be deducted from online credit upon return.
EXCESSIVE  RETURNS
If you have an excessive amount of returns we will start applying a 15% restocking fee to your credit. If we feel it is becoming overly excessive, we will review your account at that time and we will make the decision to refuse service to you moving forward.
EXCHANGES
At Thirty and Chic, we’re constantly bringing in new merchandise, but in limited quantities. We do not perform exchanges on any merchandise. If you would like to return an item, please follow normal return procedures to send the merchandise back to our facilities. We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item. Store credits do not expire.
PICK UP IN CORAL GABLES

For local Miami customers you will have the option to pick up in Coral Gables at the time of check out.  Please allow 24-48 hours after order has been processed for it to be ready for pick up. Once we receive your order and see that you chose to pick it up instead of having it shipped, we will reach out to you to provide you with the pick up information.

  • If you need an item ASAP, please contact us via text at (305) 209-5639 and we may be able to assist you in getting a faster pick up.
  • If items are not picked up within 10 days, customer refuses the right to exchange, or get store credit for their items and the sale becomes final.
  • If the item has not been picked up after 30 days, customer refuses the right to claim their items and no refund or store credit will be provided.
